"Customer Service Was Super “Helpful”"
I reached out for help a few times and got slow replies that somehow managed to be both vague and useless. Impressive, honestly. It really felt like nobody cared enough to actually fix the issue, but hey, at least I got to practice my patience.

"Tracking hasn’t updated like it usually does for me"
I placed my order and the tracking still hasn’t really updated, so I’m just kind of stuck waiting. Usually when I order from other places, I at least get some movement or a clearer status by now, so this has been a bit frustrating

"Shipping took longer than it should’ve"
I’m not trying to be difficult, but my order from wellbots.com took way longer to arrive than I expected. I figured it would ship fairly quickly, but the tracking barely updated and I ended up having to keep checking it myself. By the time it finally got here, I was already frustrated. The product might be totally fine, but the slow shipping made the whole experience feel like more of a hassle than it needed to be.

"I ordered this from Wellbots it just felt..."
I ordered this from Wellbots it just felt waaay cheaper than I expected. It worked okay at first, but after a few days it started acting up, and some of the parts felt flimsy. For what I paid, I really thought the quality would be better. Super disappointed and I probably won’t buy from them again.

"Customer service takes way too long"
I emailed Wellbots about my order because the tracking just wasn’t updating, and I was starting to wonder what was going on. I got the automatic reply almost immediately, so I figured someone would get back to me soon… but then it was just silence for days.

I also tried calling, but that felt like getting bounced around without actually reaching anyone who could help. When someone finally replied to my email, they didn’t really solve anything, just told me to keep waiting… which wasn’t exactly reassuring.

The prices might be decent, sure, but if there’s an issue with your order, getting a real answer seems way harder than it should be. I don’t think I’d order from them again after this…

"Why was returning this so complicated?"
The return process was such a hassle. I kept thinking, why is this so complicated? There was way too much back and forth, and the answers I got weren’t even that clear. It made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

I was just trying to place a simple order, but the payment kept failing over and over for no clear reason. It became way more stressful than it needed to be, and I ended up giving up because I didn’t have the energy to keep dealing with it...

There just wasn’t much for me to choose from. The selection felt limited, and when I didn’t find anything that worked, it kind of felt like that was just brushed off.

"Warranty support was just a hassle"
I had a frustrating experience trying to get warranty help from Wellbots. It took way too long to get a straight answer, and I felt like I was just being passed around from one person to another. For something that should’ve been fairly simple, it ended up being a real headache. I’m just not sure I’d buy from them again if this is what support is like after the sale.

"I was about to order from Wellbots..."
I was about to order from Wellbots, but the discount didn’t end up being as good as it looked at first. Once I checked a few other places, the final price was still higher. I also found a promo code that was posted, but it wouldn’t work on the item I wanted, which was frustrating. It’s not a terrible site or anything, but yeah, I’m not really convinced their deals are actually deals

"Refund took forever for some reason"
I ordered from Wellbots and ended up needing a refund. For some reason, the whole process took way longer than I expected, and I had to follow up more than once just to get a clear answer. Support did respond, but it kind of felt like my issue kept getting passed around instead of handled directly. I did eventually get my money back, so it wasn’t a total nightmare, but the refund process was definitely frustrating.

"No updates after I ordered"
I placed my order and then just never heard anything back, no updates or replies or anything, I reached out and they still didn’t respond so I have no idea what’s going on with it.
